There is nothing better than to see people make progress, achieve outcomes & have fun whilst doing it. That's why the 'play' is in our name!
Throughout my career, working in FTSE 100's, family-owned, start-up, public sector & charities, in an internal or external consultant capacity, I've experienced the often-sluggish progress of solving problems, dealing with change, driving commitment & fostering connection between groups of people.
To tackle this I champion involving people in the design & implementation of initiatives. It is transformational, impacting how individuals feel as well as delivering better outcomes for organisations.
That's why I started Promethean Play Ltd - I want to share the 'toolkit', designing better, aligned to organisation goals, navigating business challenges & engage the masses.
